Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Your registration fee of $450 (and $225 for spouse/guest) includes all programming, your choices of planned recreational activities, three nights’ hotel accommodation, and all meals listed on the agenda.

Please pay your registration fee with your credit card when you register. The registration site is a secure site, so you can be assured your personal information will be protected.

Booking through CTM is not required, but by using CTM to make your airline reservations on a Delta flight, you will receive a 3 percent discount on your airfare and additional privileges. Call CTM at 800-324-2365. Please see the Transportation tab for more information.

During the registration process, you can select the dates you plan to arrive and depart at the hotel. If you choose to arrive earlier than Monday, February 3, or stay longer than Thursday, February 6, you may take advantage of the special CHS-negotiated room rate of $334.60 per night, inclusive of taxes and fees, for three nights prior and/or three nights following the event at your own expense. Ground transportation to and from airports will not be provided beyond the times listed on the agenda on Monday and Thursday.

Yes, transportation will be provided if you arrive during the designated times on Monday and/or depart during the designated times on Thursday at John Wayne/Orange County International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport or Long Beach International Airport. This event is by invitation only. If you cannot attend and wish to recommend another person from your organization, please contact your CHS sales representative.

You must cancel on or before Friday, January 3, to receive a full refund of your registration fee. To cancel, email jenny.mamer@chsinc.com or call 651-355-5463.

Your spouse/guest is welcome at all meetings, meals and activities. There is an optional special tour and luncheon scheduled for spouses/guests on Tuesday during the general session.

Your invitation is intended for you and your spouse/adult guest and not for children. We cannot accommodate additional guests at the CHS Top Customer Summit meetings, meals and entertainment events.

Recommended attire is business casual for meetings, receptions and meals. Dinners, evening entertainment and recreational functions are resort casual (polo shirts and shorts, sundresses, etc.). For boat tours, we recommend light jackets, hats, sunglasses and sunscreen (no high heels).
