Cost

Summit registration fee is $450 per invitee and $225 per spouse/guest. Registration includes hotel accommodations for three nights, airport ground transportation if flight information has been provided, and all activities and meals listed on the agenda.

Cancellation policy: You must cancel on or before Friday, January 3, to receive a full refund of your registration fee. Email jenny.mamer@chsinc.com or call 651-355-5463 to cancel.
