Air transportation

All guests are responsible for their own airfare. For guests arriving on Monday, February 3 and departing on Thursday, February 6, CHS will provide ground transportation from the airports listed below for those who have shared their airline itinerary with us. (For all other arrival or departure days, transportation is on your own.)

  • John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA)
  • Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
  • Long Beach International Airport (LGB)

If you have already booked your flights, please enter your flight information during registration.

Travel services

We encourage you to make your airline reservations through our travel partner, Corporate Travel Management/Event Travel Management (CTM/ETM). During the registration process, you will be able to ask to book your flights through CTM/ETM dedicated CHS agents to receive the following CHS corporate benefits (you must book through CTM/ETM to receive these benefits):

  • If you choose a Delta flight and have a Delta SkyMiles account, you will also receive:
    • 3 percent discount on your Delta tickets
    • Priority boarding (Zone 1)
    • Priority rebooking for delays and cancellations
    • Priority on standby lists and denied boarding protection
    • If you need to change the name on a Delta ticket that you reserved through CTM/ETM, you will be allowed to do so for a $100 fee plus any difference in airfare (call Jenny Mamer at 651-355-5463 for assistance with making a name change)

Arrival/departure times

  • Please plan to arrive for the 6 p.m. welcome reception on Monday, February 3; hotel check-in begins at 4 p.m.
  • For guests departing on Thursday, February 6, CHS will provide transportation to the airport. Hotel check-out is by 11 a.m.
