All guests are responsible for their own airfare. For guests arriving on Monday, February 3 and departing on Thursday, February 6, CHS will provide ground transportation from the airports listed below for those who have shared their airline itinerary with us. (For all other arrival or departure days, transportation is on your own.)

We encourage you to make your airline reservations through our travel partner, Corporate Travel Management/Event Travel Management (CTM/ETM). During the registration process, you will be able to ask to book your flights through CTM/ETM dedicated CHS agents to receive the following CHS corporate benefits (you must book through CTM/ETM to receive these benefits):
